Order Status

Orders: What is my order number?

Your order number is not (KvK reg N°: 14089728)
After completing the order you will receive and email with a PDF attached.
The order number is written in the email and on the PDF page.


Orders: I paid for my products but haven't receive any confirmation. What can be the reason?

Please make sure that before issuing the payment you have received an order number.
As soon as the payment is confirmed from our bank you will receive and email that the order status is Paid.

If you do not have an order number it's possible you have not completed the ordering process. In this case please go to http://www.keshefoundation.org/webshop select the products, add them to the cart and checkout - follow the Next steps and very important Confirm the order at the end. As soon as the order is completed an email will be sent to you with the order number.

What is your return address?

Delivery: Can I put my PO box as address?

We are using courier services to deliver the products. Using a PO box makes it difficult for them to deliver therefore the do not accept PO box as address. Please use the full address (street name, street number, post code, city, country).


E-book / E-doc: I have not received my ordered electronic documents. What is the reason?

When ordering electronic documents the download link for is sent to you immediately after placing the order. You can find it in the email with the order details, right under the product description.

As soon as your order status is marked as Paid the download links become active and available for you to download.

If you have not completed the ordering process please follow the steps below:
Go to http://www.keshefoundation.org/webshop select the products, add them to the cart and checkout - follow the Next steps and Confirm the order. As soon as the order is completed an email will be sent to you with the order number.
