How do I become a distributor?

To begin the process, download and fill out the Registration Form and email it to distributors@spaceshipinstitute.org. The Form can be found at the top of the Distributors Support Center main page (click on Forms). What are the prices for distributors?

Costs of products are listed in a document entitled Schedule A which is provided to potential distributors when they are sent a Distribution Agreement. The Schedule lists product costs, weights, dimensions as well as suggested retail prices.


Do distributors have to pay for orders in advance of shipping?

Yes, at least 5 days in advance. The goods are readied for delivery after payment is received.


If we have overstock we can't sell, can we return the items and get refunded?

Overstock can not be returned. We will however work with you and suggest a market that has high consumption and low available stock.


Can I drop-ship (ship to my customers directly from the Foundation's factory)?

Yes, but shipping prices from factory to customer to ship single items are expensive so we do not encourage distributor drop shipping.  It is more cost effective in terms of shipping costs to order stock (higher quantities of units) and sell from your location. When you place the order, please ensure to enter the customers shipping information and we will ship is direct to the customer for you.


Where can my customers get more information about the products?

Please direct them to The Keshe Foundation Support Centre which can be accessed via the Keshe Foundation home page "Support FAQ."

As well, as a distributor, you should have the knowledge and information needed to answer your customers queries.


Is there a factory in my country?

We have factories in Italy and the USA (Arizona), with many more opening globally soon.


How do we handle warranty cases and exchanges?

Distributors are responsible for replacing damaged customer product and/or refunding customers. However, you can contact the Foundation and issue a claim for replacement and/or a refund. When making the claim, you will need to provide documentation to prove your claim.


Once the payment is confirmed, how long will it take for my order to ship?

Distributors have priority. Delivery times dependent upon stock availability. If a delay occurs, you will be informed.

Delays only occur due the following reasons: 1. demand, 2. out of stock. Otherwise, our shipping is usually 3 days to a maximum of 2 weeks. Some orders from Italy will take longer.


Do I have exclusive rights for distributing in my area?

No exclusive territories are granted to any distributor unless it is warranted (earned).


Does the Foundation provide the Commercial Invoice for Customs border crossing?

A commercial invoice is a document used in foreign trade. It is used as a customs declaration provided by the person or corporation that is exporting an item across international borders. The Foundation will provide this document. It will be in the packing slip when the order is shipped.


Will the orders be delivered by the foundation, or is it the responsibility of the distributor to pick up the order?

This depends on the factory. Orders are shipped by the Foundation factories, but each of our factories use different shipping companies and some of our factories do not ship internationally but do allow distributors to arrange a courier to make a pick up of an order.  If you work with an existing courrier and would prefer to make a pick up, it can be arranged as long as the order is substantial.


Where can I view witness testimonials about products? Can I use these testimonials to promote the products?

Yes you can use the testimonials to promote sales.


Can I copy product images or any other Foundation image and use them in advertising?

Monday 15th of October 2018

Yes. However, you will need the permission of the Foundation and will have to follow the guidelines of the Distribution Agreement pertaining to use of said.


Can I view the manual for the home power system?
